Due to our explosive growth and expansion in Mexico, we are looking for a result-driven manager, able to effectively manage a remote sales team and sell our software to small businesses within the hair & beauty industry.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, managing and mentoring a growing sales team (recruitment, supervision, training & development);
  • Active acquisition of new clients;
  • Conducting remote sales presentations of the Versum system;
  • Planning and implementing sales targets on a national scale;
  • Identifying new sales channels and methods;
  • Contributing to Versum’s growth in Mexico on a strategic and operational level;
  • Close cooperation with our marketing and customer service teams in Poland (in English).


What we require:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales to SMEs in Mexico;
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (equivalent of B2 level or higher);
  • Ability to actively sell products and acquire new customers;
  • Good knowledge of the Mexican market and business culture;
  • Results focused and experience of continuous process optimisation;
  • Commitment, initiative and independence;
  • A full driving license.


Additional assets:

  • Experience in is SaaS sales;
  • Knowledge of the hair & beauty industry;
  • Experience cooperating with European companies.
